  • Retourbeleid
    Retouraanvragen moeten binnen 60 dagen na de factuurdatum worden ingediend en het volgende bevatten:
    - Origineel factuurnummer
    - Foto van de onderdelen
    - Korte uitleg of testrapport met vermelding van de reden voor retour
    Retourzendingen worden na 60 dagen niet geaccepteerd. Geretourneerde artikelen moeten zich in de originele verpakking en in verkoopbare staat bevinden. Retouren als gevolg van fouten van de klant ten tijde van de offerte of aankoop worden niet geaccepteerd. Neem vóór verzending contact op met de klantenservice voor retourautorisatie.

  • Leveringsperiode
    Pakketten worden binnen 1-2 dagen ingepland voor levering nadat alle artikelen in ons magazijn zijn aangekomen. Artikelen die op voorraad zijn, worden binnen 24 uur verzonden. De levertijd varieert afhankelijk van de verzendmethode en de bestemming.
